Refund Policy

At comic Cradle Scoops, we create our mystery boxes with the utmost care, consideration, and the health and safety of babies and families are our highest priority. Due to our products being specially curated mystery items, hygiene and safety considerations, and as permitted under U.S. consumer protection laws, all sales are final unless expressly stated otherwise below. 

Return Eligibility

We accept returns only if they are requested within 24 hours of delivery. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us at cosmiccradleus@gmail.com with your order number, if the item is defective or damaged. Failure to report within this time frame may void eligibility for resolution. 

• All items originally sent must be present in the return package.
• Items must be unopened and returned in their original packaging. If any item is missing, opened, or used, the return will be ineligible and no refund will be issued. 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Please have your tracking number available upon request. 

Refund Process

Once we receive your return, please allow 24-48 hours for return approval. Upon approval, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed. Due to banking policies, your refund may take longer to be processed. Please direct processing inquiries to your banking institution.
